Hello! I’m Judy Steenland, founder of Steenland Designs and Steenland Real Estate. I am a designer, stylist and Realtor. My story starts back in 1995 when I was in college pursuing a degree in finance and working part time at a title company closing mortgage loans. While seemingly just a part time college job, I was learning all about the ins and outs of a real estate transaction and the art of contract negotiations. It wasn’t long before I found myself licensed and helping families and investors buy and sell real estate. For more than 25 years now, I have been guiding my clients through all the details of their real estate transaction and consistently ranking as a top producer among agents nationwide. An integral part of that process has been helping buyers see the hidden potential in homes that might need either a minor or major facelift and guiding homeowners though the process of prepping their homes for the market. While design and staging have been offered to my real estate clients, now more than ever with limited homes for sale and homeowners choosing to love the home they currently own, design services are desperately needed. I am so thrilled to launch Steenland Designs as a stand alone company to offer design, staging, remodeling and new construction consulting.
